Louise Worthington writes psychological fiction. She has a passion for exploring the complexity and darker side of the human heart. Her tales are imbued with strong emotional themes and atmospheric settings from poisonous gardens, medieval dungeons to an isolated property by the sea. She is the author of six novels, including Rachel’s Garden and The Entrepreneur, and the gothic horror, Rosie Shadow. Kirkus Review described her debut novel, Distorted Days, as “a formidable work that defies narrative orthodoxy.” Her flash fiction, poetry and short stories have been widely published in literary magazines in the UK and US, brought together with new stories in the collection Stained Glass Lives.
