Yen Cabag is the Blog Writer of TCK Publishing. She is also a homeschooling mom, family coach, and speaker for the Charlotte Mason method, an educational philosophy that places great emphasis on classic literature and the masterpieces in art and music. She has also written several books, both fiction and nonfiction. Her passion is to see the next generation of children become lovers of reading and learning in the midst of short attention spans.
This is very bad form, but since I have been following TCK for some time, I feel I should suggest two of my own books. Why? Because I love writing, children and good literature and not in any order either.
I have been supplying excerpts from one of my books to educate lesser privileged children through a non-profit for 5 years. This book is paired with ‘Watership Down by Richard Adams,’ a classic of modern time. My works are distributed, along with his, across the US to educate young students in writing and reading skills.
I have included it and another book I have written, from which you can draw your own conclusion.
Kind regards,
Mauritz Mostert

Hi Kaelyn,
Sorry, somewhat late, thanks to Covid.
As requested. I have a number of titles, some illustrated and the longest is a compilation of my short stories, titled 25 Famous African Folktales, 248 pages.
If you liked the movie “The Lion King” then you will love this book.
