Our Trespasses is being released October 15, 2021

Our Trespasses is Michael Cordell’s second novel, a paranormal psychological thriller that will leave you thinking about it long after you’ve turned the last page.
Here’s a quick synopsis:
Drowning in a meaningless existence flipping burgers, Matthew Davis suddenly collapses from a powerful psychic connection he shares with his twin brother, Jake. The pain is violent and immediate, and Matt knows exactly what it means… hundreds of miles away, Jake has been viciously killed. But instead of severing their connection, the murder intensifies it and Matt begins to suffer the agony of Jake’s afterlife.
Hell bent on solving Jake’s murder in order to break the connection, Matt travels to his troubled hometown of Hatchett, Nebraska, where an old lover and savage new enemies expose the festering wounds that Jake left behind.
Matt tries atoning for Jake’s sins, but when a demon infests the connection between the two brothers, Matt must find a way to sever their bond before his world, and ours, become engulfed in the flames of hell.

“The Starving Artist Myth Is a Lie
The most highly paid people in the world are all artists and creators.”
Another piece of ‘phony positivity’ from your mill.
SOME of the most highly paid people in the world may be ‘artists and/or creators’, but the converse is definitely not true.
Hi JT, thanks for sharing your thoughts. If you read the actual article, you’ll see that it aims to encourage artists (of all types) by showing them that earnings for artists vary wildly, so they don’t have to accept a fate of “starving” for their art or passion. As for the claim made in this news update, I’d argue that the richest people in the world (including Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, and Mark Zuckerberg) are in fact creators. Nonetheless, the actual article does not offer false hope to aspiring artists that they will become billionaires; it just shows them that there are possibilities to earn a decent living through their work.
Love the content. Thanks for sharing.
